The Shop Parts Clerk is responsible formanaging and maintaining the inventory of spare parts within a workshop or facility, including receiving, storing, issuing parts to technicians upon request, tracking stock levels, placing orders for new parts when necessary, and ensuring accurate inventory records are kept.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and stocking parts

  • Inventory management

  • Part fulfillment

  • Customer service

  • Parts Research

  • Data entry

  • Organizing and maintain the parts area
