Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review daily shipment transactions and documentation to ensure revenue accuracy and completeness
Update invoicing records based on review of shipment documentation, tariff rules and/or customer agreements
Maintain logs of charges that were added through audit
Provide notification to customers regarding billable charges and communicate with customers as needed regarding billing questions
Research invoicing questions and communicate supporting documentation as needed
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
Make recommendations to implement improved processes
Perform other duties as assigned by management
