Reporting to the Director of Applications Development, the EDI Manager oversees the EDI Development team responsible for the design and development of EDI application interfaces and maps. Currently, the EDI team supports nearly 3,000 EDI trading partners for AAA Cooper Transportation. The EDI Manager provides technical, organizational, and business leadership to the EDI staff, and ensures our EDI strategy is aligned to support business objectives. Other responsibilities of the EDI Manager include:
Leading the identification, commitment, and execution of EDI projects.
Managing daily EDI operations.
Guiding new EDI setup requests and ensuring execution meets committed timeframes.
Working with internal business partners to resolve conflict due to competing priorities.
Maintaining a strong working relationship with our internal business partners.
Participating on the EDI Change Review Board (CRB) to establish delivery commitments based on resource capacity and business priority.
Finding opportunities to improve EDI processing capability and efficiency
