Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and update missing or incomplete information as needed for timely EDI invoicing, working with outside departments as necessary

  • Identify correct location account or customer account for shipments that are not automatically identified

  • Periodically cover night shift for location account or customer account identification that are not automatically identified

  • Review and update customer information for invoicing or other customer data, as requested by Customers, National Account Managers, Sales Territory Managers or Accounts Receivable team

  • Provide feedback to Management concerning possible Issues

  • Make recommendations to implement improved processes

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
